Much of what makes you feel slow, unmotivated, or groggy at your job isn’t the work itself — Your body deserves to move, and your mind deserves to be fully present. Learn techniques that can help you balance both the body and mind. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy.
